I friggin' love some super indulgent creamy dips around the holidays but I don't love the guilt associated with eating them... so every year I tweak mine a bit to get one that's tasty but still not too horribly BAD and NAUGHTY.
This was was devoured on Thanksgiving weekend by men, women and children alike, and no one was the wiser that it wasn't crammed with Mayo.
Here's what I used for an 8x8 baking dish:
3 cans white crab (tuna size)
1 can artichoke hearts
1/2 package Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat cream cheese)
1 small plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup panic bread crumbs
Mix it all together - but sprinkle the bread crumbs on the top), bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until it's browning and bubbly, and THAT'S ALL FOLKS!
