So I know you don't need a recipe for this, but maybe you haven't thought of this colorful combination. Only recently have I started allowing FRUTAS in my salads! I used to make them strictly savory! It's a shame I went so long that way.
Here's what we have:
Mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, chopped radish, chopped carrot, feta, smoked turkey and sliced almonds.
The dressing? Super simple: squeezed lemon and a tablespoon of EVOO. Obviously some salt and pepper. I think this is the best, most excellent restaurant-quality salad I've ever made at home!
