OK this is so easy. Cut your zucchini and carrots into 2-3 inch long, 1/4 - 1/2 inch strips. I just tossed the carrots in the spices and olive oil. Dipped the zucchini in melted butter then dipped in a bread crumb-herb mixture. Bake at 400. About 30 minutes or until the fries are tender but firm.
EAT em up. Serve em with a lentil burger, I don't care! I didn't even need a dip, they were so amazing.
